1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of manojmadhavan.com and all training programs, webinars, workshops, bootcamps, and consulting services offered by Manoj Madhavan ("Instructor", "we", "us").

2. Training Programs

2.1 Registration

By registering for any training program, you agree to provide accurate contact information. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

2.2 Pricing

  • Webinars: ₹99 (India) / $29 (International)
  • Workshops: ₹4,999 (India) / $199 (International)
  • Bootcamps: ₹49,999 (India) / $999 (International)

Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of your registration is the price you pay.

2.3 Delivery

Live sessions are conducted via Zoom. Joining details are sent to your registered email. Recordings are provided within 24 hours of the live session for paid programs.

3. Refund Policy

  • Webinars: Full refund if you attend the session and don't find it valuable. Request within 24 hours of the session.
  • Workshops: Full refund if requested before the second session. 50% refund if requested before the third session. No refund after that.
  • Bootcamps: Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if no sessions have been attended. Prorated refund based on sessions completed thereafter.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, recordings, slides, worksheets, and content are the intellectual property of Manoj Madhavan. You may not redistribute, resell, or share these materials without written permission.

5. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements. Initial discovery calls are free. Paid consulting is scoped and priced on a per-engagement basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Training programs provide education and guidance. Results depend on your implementation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants in live sessions are expected to be respectful. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
